Greek request to find a solution to general use of the name is unacceptable, unreasonable and beyond the principles of international law. That said Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki, cited by Kanal 5 television.
"Many people from the EU and NATO will not remain indifferent to this type of requests. I think it is not supported in many places outside of Macedonia," Poposki said. Poposki made the statement commenting on a statement of his Greek counterpart Evangelos Venizelos who said that Greece would back a name of a geographical concept with general use.
