Greece: Due to Unpaid Bills 100,000 Households Will Remain without Electricity

One hundred thousand households in Greece will remain without electricity because of unpaid bills, the Greek media reported.

The request was issued by the National Company for providing electricity, the "Ta Nea" informed.

A representative of the company, for the Mega TV said that it is for the people with unpaid bills that are not poor and that could pay their debt.

The company said that "hunting" of debtors will continue because the Greeks owe about EUR 2.1 million for unpaid bills.
