Metropolitan Anthimos of Solun, Priest or Antichrist?

Metropolitan Anthimos, according to the clothing he puts on each morning is a Greek 'priest' based in Solun.

Over the years, no individual in Greece (including politicians) has shown as much hatred towards Macedonia and the Macedonians than him.

During this weekend Easter liturgy, Anthimos prayed that "Skopje does not enter the EU". Why would a supposed priest be preoccupied with a political recourse of a different country?

The answer lies somewhere between the present, the past and Anthimos broken mind.

In a different church ceremony, Metropolitan Anthimos announced to the gathered followers that "Skopje trains their youth to use guns by the age of 15 to kill Greeks". The interesting thing about this is the sheer lunacy of the statement and the fact this man has no control nor any sort of threshold of where his line is, therefore there is never an effort not to cross that imaginary line. As for the statement itself, we can provide no help nor an explanation, there are specifically trained people who may be able to help the Greek priest. 

When Macedonians in Lerin (Florina) opened a radio station, (14 August, 2011), Metropolitan Anthimos called on his compatriots to "board 40-50 busses and take down the building where the radio station is". Really? A supposedly Christian priest calling for violence?

If Greece had any laws, or functioned as a normal country Metropolitan Anthimos would have been playing the piano in a Solun jail for spreading hatred, violence, discrimination and nationalsm. Instead he is protected by Greece as a national treasure.

Metropolitan Anthimos is also responsible for kicking out priest Pandelimon from the Greek church because he confessed he is Macedonian. His confession caused Anthimos to organize protests against the Macedonian priests, including organizing people who then attacked his home, because according to Metropolitan Anthimos, the "purity" of the Greek church was in danger.

Anthimos liturgies are almost always, in their entirity focused on "Skopje", starting his prayers with all the worse for Greece's northern neighbor, condemning Greeks who go shopping to Macedonia, not forgetting to add that Bitola belongs to Greece.

What Metropolitan Anthimos needs the most at this time is a close shave and professional help.
