Macedonia continues to find its way in more Greek Parliament debates
During a fierce debate between opposition party Syriza and the ruling authorities over the Cyprus developments, Greek government spokesman Simos Kedikoglou referred to Macedonia, i.e. "Skopje's irredentist aspirations".
"We do not accept lessons of love for the homeland by a party leader who will accept Skopje's irredentist aspirations and who is prepared to give Greece's small islands to Turkey", Kedikoglou said in a written reaction to a statement by Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras.
Earlier, Tsipras accused the ruling New Democracy of supporting the decision for "Cyprus colonization" that would destroy its economy.
