Macedonian and Greek Foreign Ministries Hold Talks on Confidence Measures

Another round of talks was held Monday in Skopje on the introduction of confidence measures between Greece and Macedonia, based on the agreement reached by the two foreign ministers on June 24, 2015, in the Macedonian capital.

The Greek Foreign Ministry informed that the talks were held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The topics of the talks included collaboration between the two ministries, bilateral dialogue on the issues of connectivity/energy, migration, cooperation in the frames of IPA 2 and the TAIEX programs, economy, health, culture, public administration, education, civil protection, the Greek Foreign Ministry said in a press release.

A Memorandum of Understanding between the universities St. Paul the Apostle of Ohrid, and the University of Piraeus was also signed during the meeting.

The next round of talks will be held in June in Athens.
