Greece pleads to Ban Ki Moon to do something about Mocking...

You know you have some serious issues when you request a meeting with UN head Ban Ki Moon and plead with him to do something about the mocking at the expense of Athens.

The only problem is, Greece is being mocked by virtually every country, every newspaper and dozens of TV shows throughout the world. This means Ban Ki Moon will be very busy for the next few years.

Greece sent their UN representative to complain to Moon that 1,400 year old world famous carnival in Macedonia (Vevcani), has mocked their country by setting up a mock funeral. The NY Times, the Financial Times, the Economist, the Guardian, Deutche Welle and dozens more have all had mock funerals for Greece.

But Greece was obviously more 'disturbed' with the mock funeral during the Vevcani Carnival in which a coffin wrapped with the Greek flag was paraded with death info stating "Greece: born with London Protocol 1830, Died in Hague 2011".

After finding out the Greeks have complained, Vevcani officials did what they have been good at for the past 1,400 years.... continued to mock Greek politicians by sending them an official letter among other things stating: 

"The Republic of Vevcani held a session in which your country's complaints were discussed. We urge Nimitz to come to the region and start negotiations at once in order for you to tackle your latest crisis."

Next stop for Greek politicians is "The Simpsons".

Aus Respekt gegenüber unseren südlichen Nachbarn (und natürlich mit der Bitte das sich unsere westlichen Nachbarn nicht deswegen diskriminiert fühlen), habe ich bewusst nur 99. Fakten übertragen. In dem Fall, kam der typische makedonische Trotz in mir zum Vorschein... "Was Du kannst, kann ich schon lange und natürlich besser" und damit überlasse ich nun den Fakten den Vortritt, ohne aber zu Vergessen euch darauf hinzuweisen das bald ein Thema folgen wird das das "slawische" Element im Modernen Griechenland behandeln wird. Griechenland: 2,5 MRD Euro Stromschulden – Versorger schaltet bald erste 50.000 Kunden ab!

In Griechenland wird der staatliche Stromversorger in Kürze damit beginnen in einem ersten Schritt 50.000 Stromkunden den Saft abzudrehen. Die Außenstände belaufen sich insg. auf 2,5 Milliarden Euro. Betroffen werden vor allem Firmenkunden sein. Eine Katastrophe für die (vorhandene?) Konjunkturerholung. Es gibt einen handfesten Grund, warum die Höhe der Stromrechnungen in den letzten Jahren explodierte… Griechenlands staatlicher Stromversorger PPC hat Außenstände bei Stromkunden von insg. 2,5 Milliarden Euro, 1,8 Milliarden davon bei gewerblichen Kunden. Schulden haben insg. 2,1 Mio Stromkunden in Griechenland. Wenn man das umlegt auf die Gesamtsumme, wären das rein rechnerisch 1.190 Euro Schulden pro Stromkunde, aber bei 1,8 von 2,5 Milliarden Schulden durch gewerbliche Kunden dürften die Privatkunden natürlich deutlich kleinere Summen offen haben. Austerity Porn: Greek Terrorists Rape Ministers' Wives in Controversial Revenge Movie

The movie, entitled The People’s Revolution Upon the Ministers' Wives, has been produced by Sirina (Siren) Productions and can be included in the genre of “politicised or austerity porn”. “2012. The dominant emotion of impoverished Greece is disappointment. With the movement of the indignant being blown off course, people are looking to find ways in order to defuse the anger they feel towards the politicians that betrayed them,” reads a note on the company’s website.
