Greece's Hague senior counsel uses name Macedonia

Skopje, 30 March 2011 (MIA) - University of Cambridge professor James Crawford, Greece's senior counsel presenting the counter-argument before the Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) that Republic of Macedonia has no right to use its constitutional name in the communication with states and international institutions, refers to the applicant country only as Macedonia on his official website.
which lists all of his cases and references, reads on the second page:

Maritime Dispute (Peru v. Chile) (senior counsel for Chile)

Kosovo Advisory Opinion (senior counsel for United Kingdom)

Macedonia v Greece (senior counsel for Greece)

According to Macedonian representatives at the Hague, this opens the dilemma whether this renowned law professor believes in Greek claims related to Macedonia's constitutional name.

The final session of the public hearing in Macedonia's suit against Greece before the Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) for violating the 1995 bilateral document by objecting to Macedonia's application to join NATO is held on Wednesday. The Greek side will provide its counter-reply to the closing arguments presented by the Macedonian representatives.
